Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@vedicessentials.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always do what we can to help.
